We have brought a number of small libraries like this into C/W MARS. We require the libraries to have 80% of their collection in the system and their patrons entered before they can circulate on the ILS. Part of the reason for requiring the collection to be in the system is we have found that patrons can get very frustrated if they find a lot of items are not in the system. The libraries we are bringing on board generally do a patron registration drive also to get them into the system.
