Thanks a lot both of you ;-) I was thinking the same way Jane, so I have at least put a link to a pre-arranged search for English and German titles using a query with -item_lang (cze) to our catalog homepage. I hope this can partly help our students to solve the problem.
I have also tried to delete the 041 field and its subfield from Record Attribute Definition on our test server today, similarly as it is suggested in the documentation Andrea have sent.
