No - GPFS is used at iSER target side - not on client (XEN virtualization node). It's not the best solution, because GPFS RDMA functionality is not the best, from IO performance point of view, and because one more filesystem level is unnecessary in VDS hosting environment, and because this needs quad disk mirroring (two replicas in RAID-arrays, and two in GPFS), and because..., and because..., and because...
