Also, the uploaded binary assembly is called
"openjpa-project-VERSION-binary.zip", even though the actual built assembly is
called "openjpa-VERSION-binary.zip". It would be nice to figure out how to
eliminate the "-project-" part of that (and figure out how it is getting in
there in the first place).
