*Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) *

*Must-Have:*



1. Minimum 3 years of Appian BPM experience.

2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture
Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in
Appian etc.

3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM
including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions,
Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.

4. Atleast should have designed/developed 1-2 projects in Appian(atleast
went through E2E phase of a project life cycle)

5. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML,
XSLT etc.

6. Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as
JBOSS\Websphere\Weblogic etc.



*Good-to-Have:*



*1. Appian Certifications if any. *

2. Should have handled teams of size 3-4 and should be able to mentor the
team.

*Requirement 3:*


*Position: SAS Functional Consultant *

*Location: Boca Raton, FL*

*Duration: 12 months*



*JD:*

•                    Interact with the business users to understand the
issues/requirements

•                    Provide thought leadership on business issues that can
be addressed by leveraging advanced analytics

•                    Present the findings/insights to the business users

•                    Coordinate the deliverables from the offshore team

•                    Work with the client management in prioritizing the
initiatives

•                    Support the client management in measuring the *ROI of
the analytics initiatives*

•                    Support the client management to drive the adoption of
the analytics insights among the business users

•                    Develop statistical models and perform ad hoc analysis
as required

•                    *8 to 10 years of total experience, at least 6 years’
experience in Retail domain, have experience working on predictive modeling
covering pricing analytics, promotion analytics, forecasting and marketing
analytics in retail domain*

•                    *Skills: Regression (Linear, Logistic), Choice
Modeling, Conjoint Analysis, Clustering (k-means, hierarchical),
Forecasting (ARIMA, VAR), Univariate/Bivariate Analysis, ANOVA*

•                    *Tools – SAS / R / SAS Eminer, SQL/TERADATA*

•                    Masters in Statistics / Applied Mathematics or higher
qualification
