In that case, you should say "Hey, you are copying my code. Please at least
keep my copyright notices.", instead of saying "Something is wrong here, but
I am not going to tell you what."
I don't know much about company policies or agreements, neither do I care.
What I am trying to say is: if you are willing to give suggestions, please
say it; if you are not, be silent.
Most people would appreciate suggestions and gladly accept them if they are
reasonable. Stop beating around the bush and you might get something useful
done faster.
