What you're not getting here is that I'm not a lawyer and it's not my 
place to advise AMD or others on this.. We may or may not be the 
copyright holder and please don't make assumptions..  Personally I don't 
copy code from other places unless I know exactly who the copyright 
owner is and there's a clear audit path to prove it

Once again my attempt to help is misconstrued..  Feel free to drop me 
from this thread since I'm a bit tired of repeating myself and your tone
