Open Babel 2.2.99 -- Sep 28 2010 -- 11:19:51 When I run babel on the attached SD file, a bus error is given. gert$ babel -isdf mol.sdf.gz -osdf Bus error I notice that there is a special tag at the end of the molecule in the SD file, which seems to be removed/ignored by other tools like corina.
