This is a little strange. I try to set these in the CMake scripts which are run during "make test." Marcus & Noel: I've tried to set BABEL_DATADIR and BABEL_LIBDIR environment variables in the CMakeLists.txt for all of the tests. Why aren't these being picked up when Igor and Craig run "make test?" Obviously, we'd like people to be able to run "make test" after compilation and see that it works.
