We gotta remember that New Atlanta sells a pro version of BD with an
IIS connector (some kind of ISAPI module, i believe) and when they
open sourced BD they stripped it out. We shouldn't have to jump thru
hoops to get IIS/OpenBD to work if they'd just release the connector
or somebody can come up with a similar open source version
