Anthony, the Ready2Run version we've changed a little.

To answer your first question, simply take the /WEB-INF/lib/ contents 
from the 1.1 release and copy them to your <jetty>/lib/openbd/

The previous Ready2Run version was a little 'hack' to make it run in the 
overall root context, but had some interesting side effects.   So now 
we've setup it up so you can still run it in the root context, but you 
run it still as a exploded WAR file.
