Anthony, the Ready2Run version we've changed a little. To answer your first question, simply take the /WEB-INF/lib/ contents from the 1.1 release and copy them to your <jetty>/lib/openbd/
The previous Ready2Run version was a little 'hack' to make it run in the overall root context, but had some interesting side effects.
