Which ReadMe? There is ReadMe.txt and OpenBD-ReadMe.txt
I unpacked the Ready2Run and installed it at c:\jetty-openbd Following the directions >From the release, you can run the server with: java -jar start.jar and then point your browser at http://127.0.0.1:8080/dump.cfm to get to the administration panel http://127.0.0.1:8080/bluedragon/administrator/index.cfm I am getting HTTP ERROR: 404 Problem accessing /bluedragon/administrator/index.cfm.
