You can just enable the SES URL filter that ships with OpenBD and it should work fine.
Just open up WEB-INF/web.xml and at the top you'll see a commented-out chunk of XML that starts with this:
<!--Uncomment the configuration of this filter in order to support search engine friendly URLs like http://127.0.0.1/bdj2eeregr/index.cfm/path/info.
