I have FB 5.5 running, so if I can figure out the web.xml piece, I can test it.
I have five WEB-INF/web.xml files (manager, root, host-manager, docs, examples folders) and I didn't see that setting in any of them. I'm running version OpenBD 1.0.1. Do you have a clip of that configuration that I could add to the web.xml file?
