I now have fb 5.5.1 and ses urls working in open BD.

Have enabled ses urls in bd

and in FB.

Also, it seems that the <base href=> tab has to be used. Otherwise,
the querystring keeps getting added on:

index.cfm/fa/page2/fa/page2/fa/page2 etc with each request.

base href solves that.
