Ok,

Another thing, each context's admin is different.

So, as I stated above, I wanted the "admin" as a seperate context.
That is pointless since having the admin as it's own context would
only allow it to be admin of that context.

I figured this out because changes I was making in the admin weren't
reflecting in the other context, then I searched the WEB-INF folder of
the context and found it has its own bluedragon.xml

So I pretty much have to include the bdadmin code within my site code
if I want the web based admin.... ??
