If you go to that page you will see a standard cf file not found page. What should I tell them of how to fix it?
Without knowing anything about how they configured things that's impossible to answer.
The fact that you're seeing the 404 from OpenBD means that it's running correctly and serving CFML pages, so it's really just a matter of where you're supposed to put your CFML pages in order for them to be found.
What type of install did they do? Is there Apache in front of it?
I told them to use this: Installer Download file - http://openbd.viviotech.net/
Yes, apache is the front end.
Also what is the admin page url? In bd.net all I have to do is type this after any domain to get to it bluedragon/admin/index.cfm - doesn't work on the linux box.
http://server{:port}/bluedragon/administrator
If that doesn't work, then again there's something up with the setup/configuration.
I am able to log into the administrator panel, without using a port reference.
Thanks,
Tom Thomas
