I don't know about 1.3 - but there have been known issues with regard to
the difference in the structure of queries that are returned by OpenBD
web services, vs. the same code being run in Adobe ColdFusion. I hear
the former is more compatible with .NET; while I know the later is more
compatible with Flex. Neither platform can communicate with each other
where queries exchanged via wsdl are concerned - last time I checked. I
don't know which version is the accepted committee standard actually.
I recall some thread on the possibility of a property to option this
output on the OpenBD side, but I don't know if it got any traction. But
since I was able to write a little ActionScript workaround on the Flex
side, I've kept mostly quiet on that issue.
