I literally cut and paste the code from your original email but
unfortunately I can't reproduce it so it's impossible for me to troubleshoot
further. Have you tried other URLs, maybe internal ones just for the sake of
troubleshooting? That would at least give us more to go on. You could even
grab that RSS feed from the FDA site and put it somewhere on the server
itself and try accessing it via a localhost URL just to see what happens.
