Still no luck...OpenBD says that <CFSPREADSHEET> tag not recognized

I placed the plugin file in the C:\openbd\lib then I tried

c:\openbd\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\lib ( I had to create the "lib"
subdirectory)


I don't see anywhere in the log that indicates that it found the
plugin, so I assume I'm doing something wrong.
