I've ran this through on XP, 7 32-bit and 7 64-bit and everything is GREAT!
 Haven't found any issue with it.  The installer runs through smooth and
the service is created and started without a hitch.  The UAC is working
correctly as well and everything is opening correctly.

The only thing to note here is that with IIS, index.jsp and index.cfm is
not added as a default document.  This will need to be added either
globally or per site that you want it available.
