OpenBD v3 should be coming out in the next couple of weeks, and that should have everything that you will need (I would say it's CF10 minus ORM and the outdated AJAX front-end wrappers that ACF uses). Also take into account that the OpenBD will fix bugs/issues right away, whereas Adobe might... never fix them.
