Done - good questions I thought, and all relevant options. My biggest concern is that CF is dying / legacy. When I tell collaborators / prospective clients what language I code in, they nod tentatively, and wish I said PHP. I can explain all I like, but I fear that the critical mass is not there. The survey doesn't have many responses yet, but the numbers show a graying programmer base. I hide all template file extensions (for many reasons) behind 404 redirects, mainly so the question of underlying architecture isn't prominent.
