Done - good questions I thought, and all relevant options.

My biggest concern is that CF is dying / legacy.  When I tell collaborators 
/ prospective clients what language I code in, they nod tentatively, and 
wish I said PHP.  I can explain all I like, but I fear that the critical 
mass is not there.  The survey doesn't have many responses yet, but the 
numbers show a graying programmer base.  I hide all template file 
extensions (for many reasons) behind 404 redirects, mainly so the question 
of underlying architecture isn't prominent.
