Sorry if this is a dumb question, but did you make sure your CFML 
folder/app had the required WEB-INF before you ran it in Jetty Desktop? 
SInce Jetty Desktop does not have a feature to auto add the WEB-INF anymore 
I usually download the J2EE standard war from the openbd site, open the 
archive with 7-zip, and copy the WEB-INF from the war to my app folder. 

I'm hoping Alan or someone from the OpenBD crew adds a plugin feature to 
Jetty Desktop in the future when they get time. That way we can add some of 
the missing features from our beloved OpenBD Desktop without making Jetty 
Desktop openbd specific.
