Hi Aaron,

That's exactly what my problem turned out to be.

It really is a shame that we can't have a "If this folder doesn't exist in 
the 'server' folder, copy these files" in there, since Desktop now has been 
removed.

I really like Jetty Desktop, but would love to be able to make plugins/run 
scripts.
