It is an interesting question ... what features would you like to see in
the jetty desktop launcher? There was some work being done on it
recently that is quite exciting.

Hi Aaron,
That's exactly what my problem turned out to be.
It really is a shame that we can't have a "If this folder doesn't
exist in the 'server' folder, copy these files" in there, since
Desktop now has been removed.
I really like Jetty Desktop, but would love to be able to make
plugins/run scripts.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but did you make sure your CFML
folder/app had the required WEB-INF before you ran it in Jetty
Desktop? SInce Jetty Desktop does not have a feature to auto add
the WEB-INF anymore I usually download the J2EE standard war from
the openbd site, open the archive with 7-zip, and copy the WEB-INF
from the war to my app folder.
I'm hoping Alan or someone from the OpenBD crew adds a plugin
feature to Jetty Desktop in the future when they get time. That
way we can add some of the missing features from our beloved
OpenBD Desktop without making Jetty Desktop openbd specific.
