Also, there's plenty of documentation out there about how to set it up. Between the existing available installers (which might not be using most current Openbd), and available info via google, if you're determined to get it working, you can.
Plus, figuring it out yourself will teach you about IIS and give you a better understanding of how it all works together, which will be helpful if you're ever troubleshooting a problem down the line, when you have sites online (or possibly offline because something went haywire).
