There is an OpenBD installer that was build by Jordan Michaels at Vivio
tech. You can get a copy of it here: http://openbd.viviotech.net/ It is
an older version of OpenBD, but here on the forums are directions on how to
upgrade it to the latest version. The installer will lay down Tomcat with
OpenBD configured for Global access. It will also ask if you want to
install the Boncode connector for IIS and will configure that as well.
That is what I have running on my machine and I've upgraded it to OpenBD
3. I know that isn't the latest and greatest of everything and I'm not
sure if Jordan would be interested in updating things, but it works and has
worked well for me.
