since i've got seven different openca snaps installed in parallel,
i need seven separate modules-prefixes as well.
if the default shall be to mix the openca-modules into the system's perl
modules, so be it, but for the reason explained above i need the option
to separate them.

well, it's just because the directories are usually named htdocs and
cgi-bin, and the "cgi-bin" usually even shows up in the URLs...
