The idea sounds good, there is just one little problem ,o) if you think you wanna or get the request to send a mail again for example the (crin) pin mail or similar...
so this wouldn't be possible anymore, for the moment
The only fast solution would be to remove the ID from the send database at the RA and the import database on the CA. BTW how often did your bank send you your PIN :)
