I added Apache::Leak to bpDoFunction. It is deactivated by default but you can use it for searching memory leaks.
OK, I have now istalled mod_perl which contains Apache::Leak and can use openca_start successfully calling the module!
The debugging is a little bit tricky. Do not run the complete workflow. Only import the user data. After this go to the user and view the process. You should see an option "Perform batch operation". If you use this option to run single steps of the batch process then the function bpDoFunction is used. This function logs it results to openca_dir/var/log/stderr.log.
OK, yes, I can do all of this. If I have the use Apache::Leak commented out then the single bp to create a pin is successful. If I include the use Apache::Leak, then I get lots of errors in the error log and the bp fails saying that there is already a PIN (!).
You can find some informations at search.cpan.org if you are searching for Apache::Leak.
Hmm, info is a bit short there !
If you know a better way of searching please describe it. Actually the AUTOSTART stuff looks like the biggest problem.
I am at a loss now with what to do with the error log output (would you like to see it ?). I shall keep searching to see how to interpret the results.
What can I do now to help fix the problem (I know that you know that I am not a programmer !!!).
