Okay -
I downloaded and installed the 02182002 SNAP. I am able to get farther than
I have before! I can request a certificate using Netscape, approve it in the
RA, Sign the Certificate using the CA, then export it from teh CA.
But, when I try to import the request into the RA, I get this error message:
