Hi, the old snapshots (before today) send only mail if you are using export/import from CA to RA. The new snapshot should work completely without export/import.
The mail is present in OPENCAPREFIX/VARPREFIX/mail. The mailcounter is in OPENCAPREFIX/ETCPREFIX/mailcounter. The utility should work.
