Simply nothing. You are using only one database for CA and RA! This is an online-CA (I use this configuration too). So the messages are not a problem because the certificates are always present in the database. Therefore the errormessage reports, cannot insert but object is PRESENT in the database. Do you think that we should only reports a NOTICE or WARNING and not a FAILURE?
