The value of the subject alternative name must be "email:[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
but it looks like you simply entered your emailaddress. It is
recommended to add at minimum the hostname of the webserver too (see RFC
2459 or OpenCA-guide 1.2.1.1 Servercertificates). The subject
alternative name should be "DNS:afrodita.isc.cl,email:[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
