I just noticed that the cacert is empty ??? (it was not)
Perhaps I have exported it (just to give it a try) and it could have 
been erased.
Or perhaps initialization of RA might have remove it ...

I don't know. All I know is that when I self-resigned the careq, this 
6757 error vanished.
