[Openca-Users] Phase 2 Issue Certificate - Blank Page

I am encountering a blank page while attempting to issue a certificate after 
creating a new request in Phase 2 of initialization. The request is listed 
as pending and consequently "handle certificate" results in the following 
error: "The database contains no object of the requested datatype 
(VALID_CERTIFICATE).."

OpenCA versions: openca-0.9.2-RC1, openca-0.9.2.RC2, cvs update on March 1.
OS: Redhat Linux 9.0
OpenSSL version: 0.9.7c
Has anyone else been seeing this happen? Is there any more information I 
should be providing? Any help/input is appreciated.
