now I see ... there is a lot not translated. Seems not to be a problem with your 
machine. As usual, translation is done later ... which I think is good (functionality 
is more important).

But one thing is strange: A short look in src/common/lib/locale/de_DE/openca.po tells 
me that some terms are translated which are nevertheless shown in english. Example:

Request a certificate -> Basic Request

"Level Of Assurance ..." still in english although it seems that all occurrences of 
this term are translated in openca.po ...

@developers

If you need a translator for german, I can do this, if you like ... is there an 
instruction for contribution?
