So, I think the problem are the accents that are not acceptable. To solve
this problem I have to make in my Perl code a conversion to this characters
??

In this way, my "clients" will can type their names normally (with accents)
and the program automatically will convert this characters to another
acceptable.

I am in the right way??? Or there is another way to solve this problem and
don't let the user see this limitation os characters??
