It is common policy (default setting imho) at source-forge (this has
nothing todo with openca) that you have to post from an registered
address to an maillinglist to keep spam-activity low

this may do to the reason, that the maintainer of the list doesn't check
for bounces (so often) - i wouldn't do neither ;) and then i think there
is a automatic timeout like those seven days where the maillinglist
software sends an automated denial of the request...

but this is so since ages ;) - i also wrote quite some postings again
even years ago... i mean if your question is importend and does not
appear on the list after a day while still other postings arrive - i
would just write it again or subscribe this second address too...

no, i don't think so

what you mean by anonymous - its just about registered or lets say
subscribed addresses and not subscribed ones... - they would be still anonym

then you simply cant ask - there is a rule, if you don'T like it, you
cant post... its that simple and the amount of time for someone looking
through all those bounces (generated though whatever maillings) and the
amount of time to subscribe cleare points to: you have to subscribe
since its a little inconvinience for a lot of people compared to a big
inconvinience for one or two persons... and further more - you are
guarantied your posting will occur 'on time'

you can easily see this at the source-forge pages
