I'm trying to configure and run OpenCA an when I run the start daemon, I
receive an error that POSIX bind and connect are failing. I also receive
a message that logging has not been initialized though this is a lesser
concern.
I'm running on a CentOS 5 box with OpenCA 0.9.3-rc1 and have run
install-online.
