Yep, getting the same thing on RH 4.  Someone said to make sure I have the 
openca user running httpd and that opennca owns the log directory, etc.  Has 
not helped in my situation.  

I wish somebody could point us to a doc that explains what permissions are 
needed for all the directories.  I am spending way too much time on this.

PS:  The xml log does have something in it, but now I do not get stderr.log!
