Adrian: ssh only.  We'll need to find a suitable Mac client - NiftyTelnet
doesn't seem to be available outside the US with ssh anymore.

Adrian: We will adjust and become just as used to it as we currently are to

Adrian: I'm pretty sure www.php.org or www.php3.org will work - I've found
it there before.  I can compress the manual and send it to anyone who's
interested anyway - it's not that big.
