SUCCESS!!!

After hours of shooting in the dark I have got the solution:

It was a conflict with the unichrome driver from
http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=2

This driver I have installed before trying out openchrome.

Now I have made a fresh installation without installing the driver from
viaarena and it works out of the box (after compiling and installing
openchrome) without complicated configurations of xorg.conf (just with
'Option "VBEModes" "true"' in device section).
