So, from looking at the AndLink, I gather that it can only be applied 
to EvaluationLinks, InheritanceLinks, OrLinks, NotLinks, and ExecutionLinks. 
Is there a preferred way of how to apply it (and its brethren) to 
StateLinks, (and PresentLinks, AlwaysLinks and so on)?
