If we're not ready to announce 4.1.0, can we at least announce a
schedule? Even if Readme's are not ready, I think that we could still
go to 4.1.0 just so we can start adding patches.
By the way, OpenDX.org now has a mirror of the ImageMagick binaries
that exist at ImageMagick.org available from the downloads page.
