That I was telling you Internal news. The RH 7.0 Release 2 was shipped
and available in Retail Stores since last 3 weeks.  Basically it is same
at Release 1, except glibc and ncsd.

That is because in RH 7.0 the Mesa is not in /usr/X11R6/lib, but in
/usr/lib/Mesa

GCC 2.96 is better then 2.95 and we discussed that during testing.
If you want I can send you pointers which blew the annoucement you
are quoting as a total nonsense from FSF.  2.95.2 has serious problems
that is why many Linux vendors decided to add 2.96 instead of 2.95.2
