Greg, actually SGI OpenGL SI 1.2.1 comes too with Cygwin. Checkout ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin/xfree/contrib. I have Cygwin ported SGI OpenGL SI source code as well as binaries too in there. BTW: Mesa has incomplete libGLU therefore Paul Brian recommends using libGLU from SGI OpenGL SI.
