Keep in mind that 4.0.10 binary for Windows were compiled before the cdf bug fixes. Those bugs are in the binaries and if you change *.net dxexec some might crash.
I am not able to get enough time to compile new binaries for Windows. I am actually waiting for 4.1.0 to be released then we release new binaris for Windows, instead of doing compilation twice.
