I was trying to install OpenDX 4.1.1 on a PC with window98 as operating system.
I have installed three packages (opendx-4.1.1, DXExec, libdxexec) after
installing Exceed. Exceed works fine, and I can logon to many workstations on
the network. But when I tried Menu.bat (same for other *.bat in \bin), and run
a visual program "example1.net", I got "Connection to server localhost has been
queued." message on the Information Window. On the Message Window, it indicated
"Error during initiation", which may imply it has problem to start the server.
I read the README files that came with this packages, and edited config.sys
and paths in Manu.bat as suggested in this mailing list. Nothing seems to make
it working.
Anyone has similar problems and knows how to fix it?
